Say Bye To Tiredness Of Your Eyes

Our elders said that among all the senses, eyes are very important. How much the technology is getting spread, that much the usage of the computer increased. so with increasing of computer usage our eye problems also increasing day by day. Playing for many hours and browsing internet are the reasons for our eyes to get tired. If we won't notice the stage of the eye problem then there may be a chance of  loosing vision. Biologically we call it as computer vision syndrome (CVN). If we won't find a solution for these problem then it leads many problems.
       
1. When there is any problem in eyes, eyes becoming red due to tiredness and if you suffering with these problems regularly then it is suggested to consult doctor and have eye test.

2. The sun ray falling directly into the computer room and due  more lighting bulbs your eyes  gets tired very soon. The best solution for  this is having curtains to the windows of the computer room, using bulbs which give less lighting. It is good to avoid florescent lights.

3. The lights which we arranged on the walls for decoration they will reflect on computer screen. This should be avoided. Eyes must be away from such screen. So try to fix anti glare glasses to the computer monitor or screen. If the anti glare computer glass is not available then instead of  that try to use anti glare spectacles to your eyes. These are available in market. Using these while working on computer is very good for your eyes.They protect our eyes and vision.

4. The light rays which old model monitors produce, they directly fall on eye and they effect eyes directly. The newly launched LCD screens can be used instead of old model monitors. You can set the lighting and color resolution of monitor through computer settings. so that you can protect your eyes and no eye problem occur due to computer.

5. While working with computer continuously try to bring your eyes. so that eye getting water and becoming red problems does not occur.

6. Eyes need exercise and sufficient rest.

when you are working in computer for many hours at that time you have divert your eyes from computer screen for every 2 minutes. Wash your eyes with cold water regularly. If you sit near the monitor and work then more eye problems occurs. For every 10 minutes try to close your eyes and open your eyes after 2 minutes. Then the tired eyes will get re-leaf and feel fresh.
