When we listen to sweet then we remember sugar. If we want to prepare any sweet then we have to use sugar or jaggery to prepare. But we can use other things in dish to get sweet taste.
- The sugar which is necessary for our body is available in the honey also. Vitamins and minerals are present in this.
- We can use dates and dry fruits in cakes, cookies and halwa. Then sweet will be natural in taste.
- Though there is no sugar in Sukraloz then also it is sweet in taste. The food which is prepared using this, can be consumed by diabetic patients.
- While preparing milk shakes, instead of using sugar, it is suggested to use banana, grapes and orange.
- The leaves of stave plant are sweet in taste. In these leaves there are no sugar vitamins in them. The plants are available in America and their leaves are sold in India.
